This notice is for the Australian Privacy Act. It describes the personal information Local AI Radar handles and the businesses that process it for us.

What we collect

Account email, business name, website, phone, trade, suburbs, the questions we ask, and the AI answers we store. The free check asks for an email before it shows the full result. Stripe holds the card and billing details. We store the Stripe customer id, not the card number.

Why

We use it to run the checks, show the report, send the Monday email, take payment, and keep an account signed in. The free-check email is also stored as a lead.

Who else handles it

GoHighLevel stores contacts and sends email. Stripe takes payment and sends tax invoices. Vercel hosts the site. Neon stores the database. The AI answers come through the Vercel AI Gateway from OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic. Some of these providers are outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

Email wadecockfield@gmail.com to ask for access or a correction. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

The Monday report and the sign-in email include an unsubscribe link. Using it marks the account so we stop those emails, and it adds the tag radar-unsubscribed in GoHighLevel. A contact with that tag is not emailed. See the contact page.

We do not sell personal information. Rate limits store a hash of the network address, not the raw address.
